China Glaze Trendsetter

China Glaze Trendsetter is from their Fall 2011 collection, Metro (Downtown). I bought this after looking at it for damn long because I couldn't decide if I liked this dirty, mustard, shimmery, yellow-green colour. AND I DO!!!

Do you notice my pinky looks slightly yellower/lighter than the other fingers?? I painted Seche over it and then it lightened the colour!!! So strange. The other fingers are normal coloured maybe because I let them dry for longer before painting my top coat? Has it happened to you before?

Anyway! I love this strange murky looking colour. BUT just not on me! I painted it on my mother and she really liked it (topped with Rainbow Connection), it looked good on her fair skin! The more I stared at it on my nails the stranger it looked against my skin haha.

This was 2 coats, everything was good it was easy to paint. Do you love or hate this colour??
